Consider first your own construction abilities and experience: Can you read and
interpret blueprints, do material take-offs and move necessary information to the
permitting process? How about the process of obtaining proper permits? Does
your experience give you what it takes to compare bids, and confidently make the best
choices as to value and quality? What about time? Completing a construction project
requires a lot of time and hard work. Oversights or errors may be very costly in both
time and money.
